Payments
We offer the following payment options during the ordering process:
1. Prepayment / Bank Transfer: If you select bank transfer as your payment method, our bank details, including IBAN and BIC, will be displayed during the ordering process. Once the system has successfully completed the order process, you will receive a confirmation email listing your order. Please transfer the amount to the specified account within 7 days:

2. PayPal: If you select PayPal as your payment method, you will be redirected to the PayPal website during the ordering process. There, you can complete the payment using your PayPal login details. After successful payment, you will be redirected back to the FontePenedo website. Once the system has successfully completed the order process, you will receive a confirmation email listing your order.
3. Credit Card: If you select "Credit Card," you will be asked to enter your credit card number, expiration date, and security code during the checkout process. Credit card payments are processed via the payment provider Stripe. Fontepenedo will appear as the payee on your credit card receipt.

Delivery Times
Your order is usually ready for shipment 2-3 days after payment is received. The shipping provider depends on the size and weight of the order; we ship with CTT (Portuguese Post) or DPD. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link.
